DNFB)\u003c\/strong\u003e. This valve is a full replacement atmospheric blow-off valve (i.e. noisy) that integrates seamlessly with the OEM electronics and results in no detriment in performance, and absolutely NO fault codes or check engine lights, which isn’t something that can be said of our competition!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eLike our full replacement recirculating valve option, this valve is fully engineered to remedy the failure issues experienced with the OEM solenoid valves when their diaphragm may rupture which results in a boost leak. The later revision OEM valves have a longer life but ultimately the plastic brittles and in extreme circumstances, parts of the plastic can break off. Our valve uses full billet alloy construction with a piston based internal design that provides for significantly improved reliability over the OEM valves along with lightning-fast response. The front panel in theory is a sandwich pack that houses the auxiliary cooling components. Upon installation, we then tried to establish if we could re-engineer the intercooler with an \u003cstrong\u003eincreased inlet and outlet size\u003c\/strong\u003e along with \u003cstrong\u003eincreasing the volumetric capacity to increase flow\u003c\/strong\u003e along with future proofing the design to work well with highly tuned stage 3 plus EA888 Gen 4 engines.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eUsing a combination of scanning software and traditional measuring methods, the design was created. This was then fine-tuned by our flow dynamics simulations programs (CFD), and the \u003cstrong\u003eend tanks were initially created by 3D printers\u003c\/strong\u003e. This enabled us to ensure the fit was perfect on the vehicle before any prototype castings or machined billet end tanks were produced ready for dyno testing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cdiv class=\"pure-g
