Importantly, we opted not to utilise a full height intercooler as this wouldn't allow for an uprated oil cooler in the future, so looking at the bigger picture for a complete cooling package, we chose a core that was a slightly higher and wider, but twice as deep. This still allows a huge increase in performance whilst allowing for an uprated oil cooler too.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\\n\u003cp style=\"margin-left: 0px;\"\u003eThe inlet and outlet sizes of the intercooler also increases from 55mm in and 59mm out to 65mm in and 70mm out, an increase of nearly 20% to further improve flow and can be used with the original pipework or our AIRTEC Motorsport larger diameter cold side boost pipe.
