🔄 Returns Procedure

Before returning any item, please contact us to request a Returns Notice Number (RNN) by emailing sales@amdtuning.com or calling 01708 861827.

Important:
• Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.
• Include a copy of your original invoice and your RNN inside the package.
• Items returned without an RNN will not be refunded.
• We do not accept returns on items that have been used, fitted, or installed.
• We will not pay import taxes or duties on returned items. If requested, the return will be rejected or abandoned.

Returns Timeframes:

For correctly supplied items (and in resaleable condition):
• Within 14 days: Full refund of item + outbound delivery. Return postage is not covered.
• 15–28 days: Subject to a 20% handling fee. No refund of delivery costs.
• After 28 days: Returns are not accepted.

For incorrectly supplied items (in resaleable condition):
• Within 28 days: Full refund including both outbound and return shipping.
• Items not in resaleable condition will not be refunded — this includes anything fitted, soiled, or missing packaging, even if supplied incorrectly.

📦 Drop Shipping

We may occasionally ship your order directly from a UK supplier. This will be handled internally and does not affect your order price or delivery times.

✍️ Delivery Signatures

All courier shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
