Description
xGen 5 Haldex control software for MQB Quattro and 4Motion models, developed by Road Rage Performance and flashed directly to the factory Haldex controller. No piggyback boxes and no additional hardware — the original module is retained, OEM diagnostics keep working, and the tune is fully reversible to stock.
In standard form the Gen 5 Haldex coupling sends roughly 30% of available torque to the rear axle under acceleration. It can reach 50%, but only reactively, once the front axle has already started to slip. This software rewrites the control strategy so the rear axle is fed a full 50/50 split under acceleration, and does it proactively rather than waiting for wheelspin.

Because the coupling spends less time slipping its clutch pack under load, the upgrade also tends to reduce the amount of clutch material that collects in the Haldex pump — a common cause of pump blockage and reduced rear drive on these cars.
Module compatibility: Haldex controller part number 0CQ 907 554 X. Vehicles with Gen 4 EA888 engines are not supported. If you are unsure, send us your VIN and we will confirm before booking.
Please note: Audi RS models lose the in-car G-meter readout once tuned. The meter is a calculated value rather than a true reading, and the custom software does not leave room to retain it.
This upgrade requires a fully working Haldex system. If your car is already behaving as front wheel drive, that points to a blocked or failed pump, a failed module, or low fluid after an incorrect service — flashing the software will not correct it.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
